Mortgage regulator launches new info for homebuyers

Consumers have a new source of useful information about the mortgage process and how brokers are regulated. The Mortgage Broker Regulators' Council of Canada has produced some new guides to help borrowers better understand how arranging a mortgage works. The two guides, Working with a Mortgage Broker and Know Your Mortgage Risks and Responsibilities, are freely available on the MBRCC website and can be printed out by mortgage brokers to make available to clients.
