Canadian real estate disruptors eye international expansion

Canadian real estate firm PropertyGuys.com is looking at international expansion of its flat fee model.

The New Brunswick-based firm has more than 120 franchises across Canada and is now looking to Australia for growth as well as the US and South America.

"We're getting our ducks in a row to launch in the US very soon as well as fielding inquires from South America," explained Ken LeBlanc, President and CEO, PropertyGuys.com Inc. "It's all about finding the right partners to become Master Franchise Owners in each location.”
The firm’s Canadian franchises will provide support to their Australian counterparts as the business develops down under.
