Home Trust, CFF integration on target

The integration of CFF Bank into Home Capital’s Home Trust Company is proceeding according to plan. Home Capital announced Monday that all retained former CFF Bank employees have been transitioned to Home Trust and have been relocated from their former locations in Calgary and Oakville, Ontario, to Home Trust premises in Calgary and Toronto. The next phase of the integration involves the migration of CFF’s products to Home Trust’s information technology platform. CFF bank was acquired in October for $17.8 million and has added $35 million of capital since.
