Kitchener-Waterloo realtors elect new president

The Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors has elected Charlotte Zawada of Re/Max Twin City as its new president. Zawada has been a member of the association’s board since 2004 and a director since 2012. Joining as officers of the association are Mark Wolle of Royal LePage Wolle Realty as Past-President, James Craig of CBRE Limited as 1st Vice President, Tony Schmidt of Howie Schmidt Realty Inc, as 2nd Vice President and Executive Officer Bill Duce.
