Vancouver’s commercial real estate hits 5 year high

Greater Vancouver’s commercial real estate market enjoyed its busiest period for 5 years in the second quarter of 2015. A report from RE/Max shows that there were 591 sales in the quarter and a total of 1,111 in the first half of 2015, compared with 974 in the first half of 2014. While many areas have seen a slowdown for the commercial sector the report says that investor confidence is strong in the Vancouver area and land continues to be in high demand.
