Windsor-Essex county continues to gain

Sales in Windsor-Essex county were up 8.8 per cent in September compared to a year earlier with 553 homes sold by the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.

Average prices jumped almost 11 per cent to $217,439 and were up more than 12 per cent in the year to date.

Market activity increased 2.5 per cent year-to-date but was 3.25 per cent lower in September from a year earlier.
