Rocker sells Toronto home below asking price

Gord Downie of Tragically Hip has sold his Toronto home for a loss. The rocker’s 3 bedroom home in Riverdale was listed at $2.495 million but the Huffington Post says it sold for $265,000 less at $2.23 million. Realtor Suzanne Lewis says that Downie didn’t want to use his fame to sell the home, preferring to protect his privacy.
