The most expensive home ever to be sold through the MLS system has been sold by a broker in Quebec. Royal Le Page broker Marie-Yvonne Paint’s record-breaking sale was a 20-bedroom, stone-sided mansion in the Estrie region. The selling price? $13.25 million. The hefty price tag was still something of a bargain though as the asking price for the 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home with home theatre, indoor pool, gym and three kitchens, was $25 million.
